These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of manual-planet.com (the "Site") and your
purchase of digital products from Manual Planet ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or
placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products
We sell digital workshop and repair manuals delivered as downloadable PDF files. No
physical product is shipped. Product descriptions state the vehicle and coverage. Files are
provided for personal or internal business use.
2. Independence and trademarks (IMPORTANT — READ)
Manual Planet is an independent business. Our manuals are our own original guides and/or
properly licensed material. They are NOT official manufacturer publications and are not
provided by, affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. All
vehicle brand names, model names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners
and are used for identification and compatibility reference only.
3. Intellectual property
The content we create — including our own manuals, text, layout, logos and the Site itself
— is owned by Manual Planet or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
When you buy a manual, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that
file for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute,
share, sub-licence or publish the file, in whole or in part, without our written
permission.
4. Orders and pricing
Prices are displayed in your local currency where available (for example GBP, USD, EUR),
based on your location or the market you are shopping in. The currency and final amount of
your order are shown at checkout, and that is the amount you will be charged. Prices in
currencies other than GBP may vary with exchange rates. We may change prices at any time,
but changes do not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an
order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors) and to issue a refund
where appropriate.
5. International orders and taxes
We sell to customers worldwide. Because our products are digital, there is no shipping,
customs duty or import charge. Depending on your country of residence, your purchase may be
subject to local sales tax, VAT or GST. Where we are required to collect such tax, it will
be calculated and shown at checkout; otherwise, you are responsible for any tax due in your
own jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence
are not affected by these Terms.
6. Delivery and access
Digital products are delivered electronically. After successful payment you will receive a
download link and/or access via email and your account. It is your responsibility to
provide a correct email address. If you do not receive your file, contact us and we will
resend it.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and reflects your
statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, not to infringe our or others' intellectual
property, and not to attempt to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit our products
beyond the licence granted in clause 3.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Our manuals are provided for general informational and repair-reference purposes. While we
take care to provide accurate content, repair work carries risk; you are responsible for
working safely and following proper procedures. To the extent permitted by law, we are not
liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that
cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the
courts of England and Wales.
