Refund policy

Manual Planet sells digital products (downloadable PDF workshop and repair manuals). This
policy explains your rights and our refund terms. It is written to comply with UK consumer
law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)
Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Nature of our products
All items sold on manual-planet.com are digital files delivered electronically. No physical
goods are shipped.
2. Right to cancel and digital downloads
Under UK law you normally have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. For digital
content, this right ends once the download has started, provided you have given your
consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel by doing so.
By completing your purchase and accessing the download, you agree to immediate delivery and
acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies.
3. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once a
download link has been provided or the file has been accessed.
We will, however, provide a refund or a replacement where:
- the file is corrupted, faulty or will not open, and we are unable to fix the issue; or
- you were charged in error or charged more than once; or
- the manual delivered does not match the product you ordered.
4. Faulty or "not as described" products
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015,
which requires digital content to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as
described. If a manual does not meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair,
replacement or refund.
5. How to request a refund
Email contact@manual-planet.com within 14 days of purchase with:
- your order number,
- the product name, and
- a short description of the problem.
We aim to respond within 24 hours and to resolve approved refunds within 7-10 business
days, back to your original payment method.
6. International orders
We sell to customers worldwide. This Refund Policy applies to all orders regardless of your
country. As our products are digital, no shipping or customs charges apply. Any local sales
tax, VAT or GST shown at checkout is handled in line with the rules of your country. This
policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your own
country of residence.
